What is NakshatraKids Return Policy?

We accept returns in case of damaged products. Otherwise at present,  we are not providing any return or refund policies. We will issue a full replacement if the product is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Raise a Dispute for an Order?

We stand by our products 100%, crafted with love and care. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery, and we will review your request. If the reason for return is found to be genuine, we will accept the item, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with the seal tags unbroken

How to find the correct Size?

All items we had already clearly stated the measurement in our websites.  Please confirm the measurements stated that are suitable or not before you consider purchasing.  All size & measurement charts serve as guidelines only.  We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.  The measurement might have a difference of 1.0-2.0cm vary to the real item.  For more information, you may seek our advice. COLOR ISSUES: All item pictures may not be 100% accurate of colors due to different display settings. Colors differ from pictures displayed.  We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the dresses shown on our website.  However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.  The picture featured is only for illustration purposes, please base on the actual product received.

 And in case of return/exchange we don't have a return pickup facility hence the parcel has to be sent by the customer to our address
